| Details | In many parts of the world, young people often socialize through clubbing and partying. However, in Hong Kong, most university students opt for a chilled alternative – gathering at dessert houses. From traditional Chinese “sweet soup” to modern variations like cold sago soup and grass jelly with fruits, locals enjoy bonding with friends over their favourite sweet delicacies. Join our i-Ambassadors for a unique local treat at the upcoming Hong Kong Dessert Night. Participants will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in preparing simple desserts, including grass jelly and sago soup with assorted fruits. Additionally, they will get to savour traditional sweet soup prepared by our i-Ambassadors. Register now to indulge yourself in sweetness and meet new friends!
