During the workshop, you will learn:

• What is aromatherapy?
• Methods of application
• Essential oil safety
• Properties of key essential oils for stress relief
• Useful tips on aromatherapy for stress and anxiety relief

You will also blend your own massage oil (10 ml).  Join the workshop and unlock the secrets of this ancient practice.

*Remarks:

1. Participants who have been shortlisted will receive an email on 25 Mar 2024 with details on how to submit their deposits.
2. Participants will receive full deposit reimbursement upon attendance.
3. The deposit will be forfeited if the participant does not attend the workshop on the event day.
