Diwali: The Festival of Lights Diwali, also known as the Festival of Lights, holds deep cultural and religious significance in South Asia. Celebrating the victory of light over darkness and good over evil, this multi-day festival symbolizes the return of Lord Rama after his triumph over the demon king Ravana. To celebrate this important festival, International Cultural Ambassadors will bring diva lamps, festive snacks, henna art, and dazzling music and dance performances to the CUHK campus.
