| 詳情 | While many of you love the juicy pomelo fruit, did you know that pomelo skin is also edible? In Vietnam, we turn these bitter skins into an incredible pomelo sweet soup. As you can guess, the most challenging part is dealing with the bitterness. It takes us a little bit of time and patience, but it is worthwhile for such a beautifully aromatic soup. If you are curious about this pomelo sweet soup and other Vietnamese snacks, do not hesitate to join our workshop!
