CUHK Snack Express – Hong Kong Street Food Workshop

Join us for an afternoon filled with culinary delights! Immerse yourself in the vibrant food culture of Hong Kong by making your own delicious Lo Mai Chi (Chinese Mochi). You’ll also get to try traditional street food favorites, such as curry fish balls and Woon Zai Chee (Imitation Fin Soup). Whether you’re new to cooking or a master chef, everyone is welcome to participate. It’s an opportunity to connect with fellow street food lovers and and exchange tips or favorite dishes. Don’t miss out on this exceptional cultural experience. Come hungry and ready to create lasting memories!
