| 詳情 | Cultural Activities Organized by International Cultural Ambassadors (ICA) The highly regarded i-Ambassadors Scheme by the Office of Student Affairs has been rebranded into the International Cultural Ambassador Scheme. Our passionate student ambassadors have prepared a series of dynamic cultural exchange activities for you. These events will be wonderful platforms to connect with fellow students from diverse backgrounds and experience the vibrant rhythm of cultural exchange. Don’t miss them!
Korean Dessert Workshop Join our ICA from Korea for a fun and delicious Korean dessert workshop! You’ll learn to make authentic Bingsu (Korean shaved ice) and taste other delightful Korean desserts. You can customize your own Bingsu with sweet red beans, sweet rice cake and condensed milk in the traditional Korean way, or get creative by bringing your own toppings! Participants will also have the opportunity to try Sikhye, a traditional sweet Korean rice beverage typically served as a dessert, along with other tasty Korean treats. Our Korean ICA will provide an introduction to Korea’s rich dessert culture.
