The Learning and Cultural Enhancement Section (LCES) is dedicated to supporting students in their transition to university life and enhancing their learning experiences. LCES provides tailored guidance for non-local students, helping them adapt to their new environment and navigate the challenges of university life. In addition, LCES supports various student associations, including those for non-local and postgraduate students, fostering a sense of belonging and cultural exchange.

LCES promotes cultural integration through a variety of programs and activities designed to celebrate diversity and enhance cross-cultural understanding. The section also manages the International House, a dedicated student hostel, and the iLOUNGE, providing spaces for students to connect, collaborate, and engage in cultural activities. Through these initiatives, LCES aims to create a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere that enriches the university experience for all students.
