Personal Guidance and Consultation Services
Personalized guidance and consultation services are provided by Learning Enhancement Officers (LEOs) to assist students in planning their academic journey. We invite you to schedule an appointment or reach out to us if you wish to discuss the following topics with LEOs:
- Adjustment issues
- Learning strategies
- U-life planning / study plan
- Study-related application procedures
- Resources available at CUHK/ Hong Kong
LEOs are committed to listening, assisting, and empowering you throughout your time at CUHK.
Drop-in Service
The LEOs offer a regular drop-in consultation service during term time, allowing full-time students to meet face-to-face with a LEO to discuss any study-related questions or concerns. A LEO will be available during the drop-in sessions as follows:

Individual Appointment for LEOs Consultation Service
Students with specific questions or who need additional advice can book an individual appointment with LEOs using this booking form. We encourage students to provide their questions in advance, allowing LEOs to gather relevant information before the meeting.
Referral by CUHK Staff Members
CUHK staff members who identify students that may benefit from the LEOs Consultation Service can make a referral by completing the Staff Referral Form.
