As part of the “Study in Hong Kong Week,” our Filipino students invite you to experience one of the Philippines’ most iconic dining traditions — the Boodle Fight!
A boodle fight is a Filipino-style feast where food is spread over banana leaves and enjoyed kamayan-style (with bare hands) to celebrate camaraderie. Prepared and hosted by Filipino students who eager to share a taste of home with the CUHK community, this exciting event will treat you to vibrant games, lively performances, delicious Filipino dishes, and of course, the Philippines’ favourite beer.
