When we dance, what are we truly listening to? Is it the beat, the melody, or the shared atmosphere? This workshop invites you to explore how sound and rhythm shape our movements. Through music analysis, playful rhythm exercises, and simple tools to visualize sound, we’ll discover how movement and listening can reduce stress, improve focus, and foster a sense of happiness.
No dance experience needed — just come and enjoy the experience!
