Details

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) focuses on both treating and preventing of diseases.    Join us to learn the basics of this cultural heritage and improve your health!

Day 1: Participants will be introduced to the basic concepts of TCM such as “Qi” and “Yin Yang”.  They will also learn TCM methodologies including “tongue observation” and “pulse observation”.

Day 2: This session covers the practical skills of TCM’s massage therapy.   Participants will learn the theory of meridian system of the human body and some common acupuncture points.    After the class, you will be able to do TCM massage on your own!
