Details

Have you ever been to — or heard of — Lin Ma Hang and Man Kam To? As the former frontier closed area marking the city’s boundary, these places often associate with a sense of isolation and alienation. This guided tour will take you for a cultural walk in Lin Ma Hang, Man Kam To and nearby areas. By visiting Hakka village, looking at kiln remains, and exploring pillbox and diaolou, participants will know more about the history of British colonial rule, Japanese occupation, and mass migration wave in Hong Kong.
