Details | Under different socio-cultural contexts, we might have different interpretations and understanding towards the concept of ‘ghost’. In this activity, the Cantonese Peer Tutoring Team from the Cantonese Division of the University Programme Section of the Yale-China Chinese Language Centre will teach you the terms about “ghosts” in Chinese culture, and share with you the folklores and mysterious stories in Hong Kong. About ‘Urban Touch’ Urban Touch is a cultural programme appreciating and conveying the stories, culture and heritage of Hong Kong. It focuses on different themes in relation to local culture and history, including craftsmanship, food culture, language and stories. |
