Details

Flower Plaque is a traditional local handicraft in decorative ritual papers. It is usually used to celebrate festivals, weddings and inaugurations. The plaques symbolize luck, happiness and prosperity. During Chinese traditional festivals, you can see many large and red‐coloured celebration plaques on the street. In this workshop, you can design and create your own mini flower plaque. If you are interested in DIY or traditional cultures, come and join us!

What we will do?
1. Gain a deeper insight into relevant cultures behind flower plaques
2. Make a mini flower plaque
