Let’s cook a vegetarian-friendly version of this Hong Kong street delicacy together!

Shark fin soup is an extravagant traditional dish. As it is too expensive for the common local people, an imitation shark fin soup using pork and other cheaper ingredients was invented.

This time, we are introducing a vegetarian version of this soup, using eggs and vegetarian sauce.

*Note: The soup we will make does not contain shark products. Eggs will be used.  The sauce is labelled vegetarian but not vegan.
