| Details | Cha Chaan Teng (Hong Kong-style cafés) is often seen as an iconic symbol of Hong Kong foodway. Its richness of local characteristics documents the food culture of Hong Kong. In this workshop, students will get to know more about the food and drinks served in Cha Chaan Teng as well as their pronunciation in Cantonese, while making new friends by playing fun thematic board game! About ‘Urban Touch’ ‘Urban Touch’ is a cultural programme appreciating and conveying the stories, culture and heritage of Hong Kong. It focuses on different themes in relation to local culture and history, including craftsmanship, food culture, language and stories. |
